Qualifications for foreign teachers are

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• A TEFL/CELTA/TESOL certificate.
• Be a native English speaker.
• Possess clear speech with a universally
  understandable accent.
• Energetic  and experienced in teaching
  or working with children.

Thai assistant teachers
Qualifications for Thai assistant teachers are

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Good English communication skills.
• Has experience teaching or working with
  children.
• Fun, active and professional at work.
• A degree in Education is a plus and will be
  given special consideration.
• Interested in training and gaining knowledge
  to improve teaching skills.
• Desire to help Thai students improve their
  English.
